Repeat Infringer Policy

We enforce a strict policy when about repeat copyright infringers. Three good-faith and effective copyright infringement complaints. These are reported to a user during a six-month period. It will result in the user’s ban from our website and services on a permanent basis. This policy helps us keep the platform fair and legally compliant.

How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notification

  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work:

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you feel that the content was mistakenly taken down because of a copyright infringement notice, you may fill out a counter-notification. A counter-notification is a way to strongly object to the claim by showing that the take-down was mistaken and your content must be restored. To be in compliance with the law, the counter-notification should cover the following details:

  • Your Signature:
    A physical or electronic signature shall be included.
  • Identification of the Removed Content:
    Identify the content. It was taken down or disabled because of the infringement claim. Name the URL or location where the material was initially accessible before the elimination occurred.
  • Good-Faith Statement:
    You should swear that the allegations were true. Otherwise, you may be prosecuted for it. You really had the content removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
